Sharron has spent more than 16 years working for the Scottish Borders Council in a variety of homelessness roles. This has led to a deep understanding of the social, economic, and political factors influencing Scotland’s homelessness landscape. She tackles complex social issues with a mix of vision and passion, along with strategic thinking and doing. Sharron’s an experienced team leader, and is passionate about empowering staff to reach their full potential.
Sharron particularly enjoys collaborating with partners in housing associations, charities, and government departments to come up with new and effective ways to reduce homelessness.
