General Overview
Our approach is based on person-centred care, and we work with individuals and their family to co-produce plans for care and support. We work together to create the right care to meet individual needs.
The types of focus depends on the individual, and we will spend time getting to know people we support and setting goals in partnership to progress in areas such as mental health and emotions, developing and building practical skills and providing day-to-day support, advice, guidance and companionship to live independently.
Our priority is ensuring that the people we support feel secure and fulfilled and can strengthen relationships with family, friends and their community.
